Detroit Free Press Columnist Susan Ager made a list of the best places to visit in Michigan; on her list was St. Joseph, where breathtaking sunsets and sandy beaches make it the "Most Romantic City in Michigan."

The Fine Living Channel voted St. Joseph as one of the top ten "Perfect Summer Getaways" referring to St. Joseph as "The Riviera of the Midwest." Silver Beach was also listed as one of the "Top Ten Beaches" by Parent's Magazine and Golf Digest listed our community in their top twenty golfing areas in the United States. St. Joseph continues to maintain the "hidden gem" atmosphere even though it gains national attention for the beauty of all the seasons.
